Asked for heated and toasted subs. They were cold. 2 of the 3 employees had bad attitudes ????
Asked if there was power to charge my device as a paying customer and the employee said no. I asked if there was anywhere nearby... because my power was down and needed to contact my fiancé that was far away. He walked a away and ignored me. there was a wifipark with power right across the street; literally 300 feet away. Great way to treat a new potential customer that will NEVER goin that subway again. have you ever seen the movie zootopia? you know the part where the dmv is run by sloths and it's painful watching how slow he... talks and types. that is how my sandwich was just made. then another guy comes in that works there and starts getting in the waymaking himself something to eat. seriously normally it wouldn't bug me but I was having a mental come apart wanting to make myown sandwich and let him take a nap. I sometimes have good experiences at this store and I continue to try to eat here because it's across from the hospital where I... work, but, the store is closed at random times when it's suppose to be open, they have on multiple occasions ran out of bread,they cut the sandwiches with a dirty knife.. I don't care for tuna salad but it became part of my sandwich when the knife usedto cut it was not cleaned before slicing through mine. My most recent visit was this evening and it was the worst so far. Theguy making my sandwich appeared and acted to be very high.. To the point where he was having trouble using his hands. The breadwas very dark brown..I didn't say anything because I didn't want to make it anymore difficult for the boy. I asked for Jalapeño and I got no less than 20 Jalapeño on my sandwich.. I like spicy..but dang. The staff is always new at this location so Imnot too terribly surprised that they don't seem to be very knowledgeable. I really enjoy subway and really want to continuevisiting this location.. But something has got to change. Read more
Worst subway experience I have ever had. Took 30 minutes to make a half a salad and a horrible meatball sub. Let my sub set... there for so long the cheese coagulated and turned into a solid glob. Employees were very rude from the moment I entered therestaurant. Read more
The staff is completely rude and unprofessional. Tried to get a salad and they only filled the bowl about halfway up. Let my... boyfriends sandwich sit on the counter for a while before they even decided to wrap it up. Paid $20 for half a salad and anasty sandwich. Don?t waste your time or money here. If you want Subway and you're in the area - Go here. Take it from someone with very, very high standards when it comes to food... service. I visited this location on Halloween while on my lunch break, and performed a curbside request. Not only did theemployee come outside smiling, but she had my food on a tray, she was prompt, she had on gloves, AND - She was dressed verynicely in her clean uniform. She also wished me a good weekend and asked if I needed anything else. THIS is the Subway serviceI'm used to. I visited the Indian Lake Blvd. location, and they really could use this location to learn more about beingprofessional. Excellent and outstanding work. Outside of the service, the area where this is located is next to the Music CityDiner, and the new Anchored Nutrition. The parking isn't clearly marked, but that's ok. I do wish this location had a designatedpick up spot for this restaurant. I think it could benefit Anchored Nutrition and Subway very, very well. I will definitely beback soon. Read more
