their inside is never open. they don?t do their job properly. the don?t listen when you order. you?ll get sent to everyone in... the store that has a mic. and they?ll ask you what sauce you want and give you nothing but your food. Read more
Workers were very kind at the driveup order speaker, but Did not hear my special request for my granddaughter, who has food... allergies , and were not eager to remedy the situation at the window. Basically said ,"tough luck". Read more
Worst customer service. The cashier during the night shift was so rude, she wouldn?t even let us get our whole order in and kept... talking over us. Then when we got our food it was disgusting and tasted old, nothing like it usually does. I hope they get ittogether! It?s ridiculous! Read more
Says they close at midnight, employees confirmed they close at midnight, multiple times I?ve orders on the app as early as 10... and get there and they tell me the grills off, they can?t make my food, they?re closing early, and because I?ve ordered on theapp I?ve never received the refund. I don?t know if the employees are processing cash refunds or just keeping the food, or justwant to close early. Either way the app the managers and the store need to get the hours together. I get it?s late.. I work lateit?s the only place open after a certain time in Hendersonville. I would appreciate some consistency and my money back. Read more
