Worst customer service. The cashier during the night shift was so rude, she wouldn?t even let us get our whole order in and kept... talking over us. Then when we got our food it was disgusting and tasted old, nothing like it usually does. I hope they get ittogether! It?s ridiculous! Read more
Says they close at midnight, employees confirmed they close at midnight, multiple times I?ve orders on the app as early as 10... and get there and they tell me the grills off, they can?t make my food, they?re closing early, and because I?ve ordered on theapp I?ve never received the refund. I don?t know if the employees are processing cash refunds or just keeping the food, or justwant to close early. Either way the app the managers and the store need to get the hours together. I get it?s late.. I work lateit?s the only place open after a certain time in Hendersonville. I would appreciate some consistency and my money back. Read more
Pulled up before 9pm. Was in line for a few minutes waiting on other people to go through the drive thru. They were telling... everybody in line they were waiting for food to cook and that it would be 20 minutes. There was not a single person in the lobbyand even with 20 people waiting Taco bell never had that long of a wait. Nobody at the counter, window, or food station that youcan see in the drive thru window. Sounds like they just didn't want to serve customers. Read more
Came 30 minutes before close after My bout friend and I got off work and was refused service because ?it was only 2 people... working and 1 of them was in the back cleaning?. Any fast food place I have ever worked it did not matter how many people wereworking we were not allowed to close early AT ALL. Very unprofessional. Worse experience ever. I could you not, it took me 40 minutes for to get two crunchy tacos, and they still managed to mess up... my order by giving one crunchy and another soft taco??????? Management was terrible, there was two people in front of me and ittook 40 minutes to even get to the window were you received the tacos. Oh, AND they didn?t even put tomatoes and barely anylettuce on my taco!! I?d rather drive 20 minutes out to a better taco bell than this mess, if I could, I would rate a 0 Read more
I come once a week to this location either for lunch or dinner and have never had a problem. Ordered one of the grilled cheese... burritos and asked 3 times for taco sauce. Didn't get the grilled cheese burrito and no taco sauce ???? Read more
