I found out why they're closing the inside at 8 o'clock. There were plenty of employees in there so it's not lack of labor.... They're just cheap and can make more profit sending people home and just running the drive through. Fine, whatever, but changeyour hours to say you're closing at 8 o'clock not 1 am liars. Read more
Guy in drive thru was very rude. If you dont like your job find a new one.. Get home and our order was wrong and missing items.

I don't hate this Taco Bell, I just dislike it. Do yourself a favor and visit the one on Main Street. Every time I have been... here (usually around the hours of 6-9pm) the service is as slow as cold molasses. This applies to dine-in, carry-out, anddrive-thru. Last night was particularly bad. Whenever I pulled up to the drive-thru window, she told me the wrong order total.They were about to give me someone else's order before I corrected them! My order total came to $7.72. I gave her a gift cardwith $6.61 balance, a $5 bill, and 11 cents. So I should get back $4 exactly. I even gave her instructions on what to do. Blessher heart, it blew her mind. I kid you not, she handed me back the coins and said, "I'll just take it out of the dollar" thusresulting in more change to my pile that I was trying to whittle down. Then I get home to discover that my quesadilla wasinadequately stuffed and cut upside down and that they failed to give me the fire sauce I reminded them about multiple times.There are far worse crises in the world but oh my God these people want $15 an hour? I usually don?t make a big fuss about my order being a little messed up from time to time, but this will be the absolute last... time I ever go to this location. My order was right this time, but the quesadillas were burnt. I normally check my food beforeleaving but I was tired today. I called the restaurant?again and the manager apologized?again, but then said ?I know there isno excuse for this, but we do have two grills that are down? ????
