This zazbys is HORRIBLE!!!! I just got home and half the food wasn't in the bag asked to talk to the manager and all she was... worried about was that they close in 20 minutes if we would make it back in time and if we had the wrong food and if we wherebringing it back! This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Most manager are worried more about takingcare of the customer not if we make it back in time or if we are bring the wrong food ! 4 years ago I gave this place a 5 star review. Different story today as 2 of the last 3 times I have not been given sauces with... my $12 chicken meal. It?s insane, one time it?s a mistake nbd, second time I verbally confirmed that I should still get it andgot it, then today no sauce. It?s possible the corporate policy on sauce is different but the employee assured me last time thatnothing has changed. This is typically a grievance I would put on the receipt survey, but my receipt is too poorly printed toread.
