I ordered BJS from Uber eats and this is the poke bowl I was sent. It was missing half of the toppings and the avocados were... brown and mushy. Our fries were also soggy. The wings and kids meal were great though which is the reason for two stars. Read more
Stopped in on a Saturday for the first time, and based on our experience, the last time. We should have known better when we... walked into a mostly empty restaurant at 12pm on Saturday in Short Pump. Service was very slow even though there were hardly anytables in the restaurant and multiple servers working. We ordered an appetizer that never came out - server didn’t notice andwe had to ask them to have it taken off the bill. Beer was fine but the food was the biggest issue. I don’t think we’ve everexperienced such bland food. The only flavor on my sandwich was from the pickles. Fries were cold, slaw was gross - we took afew bites and that was it. $60 later (3 beers, 2 sandwiches) we were grateful for the mobile pay option so we could get out ofthere quickly and find someplace else to eat. This was absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had. Some coworkers and myself went to lunch to celebrate a... birthday for a peer. The young man who sat us was snippy and rude right from the start. Our waitress seemed very nice, but theservice was the worst I have had. A small lunch took over 2 hours. We all ran out of drinks and sat there for 30 minuteswaiting for water and even after asking, it still took awhile. The food was not great and I would never eat there again. Thenwe reminded the waitress that we wanted a dessert for our friend’s birthday and also asked for the checks. It took nearly 30minutes and us asking for the manager for us to get our checks. Then the checks were wrong. There were 5 of us. We each got ameal, 4 got water and we got 2 appetizers. This was a simple lunch, this was not a complicated set of meals. I told her fromthe beginning how we were paying. Then we told her again when we asked for the checks. It was such a CLUSTER and we were keptwaiting a ridiculously long time. This was a terrible experience. And the manager was filling in as he was from a differentarea. When we told him we wanted the checks and just wanted to pay and leave, he should have took charge and got us out ofthere. Instead, we sat there as our waitress was at the register trying to figure this out with 3 other people. Someone shouldhave stepped in. Party of 16. Great atmosphere, and the food was very good. We had one person with food allergies and I am #Plantbasedpennylife,... so 100% vegan. Our meals were just right for our specific diets. I ordered the Cauliflower Quinoa bowl. Others orderedeverything from appetizers, to seafood, and ribeye steak. Several ordered desert. The staff was patient with everyone from the 4year old to the 89 year old. The ladies restroom was clean as was the table, silverware and restaurant. Honey Siracha Brussel Sprouts were amazing! We also loved the Mediterranean chicken tacos! Both were full of flavor and I would... absolutely order again! The Southwest Santa Fe Salad with Blackened Chicken was good too due to the great chicken! The priceswere decent and the staff was great! The manager visited our table and he really seemed like a great person and he took pride inthe restaurants success! We loved this restaurant and we would for sure come back. Went for a late lunch with three people. Restaurant was pretty empty so everything came out quickly. We ordered the root beer... glazed wings, barbacoa chicken and spagetti and meatballs. Portion sizes are HUGE. The entrees were acceptable, not a ton offlavor. But we all know we're really there for the pazookie. Got the trio with strawberry shortcake, chocolate chunk and hotfudge.
