Ordered a pizza and instead of calling me, they cancel the order with no explanation why. They took my money fast but take days... to return it when they cancel it. Makes no sense to me. Read more
This is our local Dominos location, but as of late we have gotten several incorrect delivery orders, which is really... frustrating. The ticket is always correct, but the items received are wrong: one time we were missing an item completely, andother times we've received pizzas with the wrong toppings. So we then have to wait another 30-40 minutes for our correct order,and the delivery driver has to make an extra unnecessary trip back to us with the correct order. We have also never been offeredany sort of voucher for the mistakes; I don't think that should be a requirement persay, but considering this has happened to usthree times now shows me that management either doesn't care, or they make too many of these mistakes to afford offers to makeup for them. Dominos is our favorite pizza franchise, but I'm growing tired of missing and incorrect orders. There are plentyof other pizza places nearby, I think its time to give them a try. Read more
This is one of the best domino's in Richmond. The employees are nice. The pizza is delicious. Deliveries are always on time or... early. I could keep going but I want the people reading this to order for themselves and see why this is the best domino's inRichmond. Read more
This Was The Most Pathetic "Pizza" I Had Ever Seen! (?) WHAT "Sides?!" Are You Kidding Me?! For *5 Toppings, I Could Only SEE... The Anchovies. Maybe Some Glued-On Black Olive Slices. They Were So Thin, When Trying To Get A Slice off, What Little Bit of"Cheese" There Was, It Held That Black Olive Slice DOWN! All Others Were Barely Visible! Don't Be Fooled, People. They AreNOTHING Like Pictures Shown! Our *5 Topping Special Was No More Than 1/4th of An Inch Thick! NO *Extra Crust Around The Pizza!Even A *Thin Pizza Should Have SOMETHING! SERIOUS! *And SALT?! I Knew The Anchovies Would Be Salty. Besides This, It WasOutrageous! And FILLING? Forget It! We Threw Away The Last Slice After *Trying To Find Toppings To Add With Last Slice We Ate.At Least The *COKE Tasted The Same. Ordered a medium 5 veg pan pizza. I love the pan pizza at Pizza Hut. Never had pizza at dominoes before. Dominoes pan pizza is... not crusty and it?s not crunchy like the pizza I love at Pizza Hut. It?s doughy and bland. As far as vegetables are concernedthey were so few vegetables on here that it was ridiculous and I ordered five different vegetables. Never again! Ugh! Read more
Double updated: check your food before you leave. They tried to give me sauceless bbq wings 9/16/22 Updated to 2 Stars. Ordered... food 30mins ago- was quoted 20 mins. Tasty, fast, easy, and clean! I chose pickup/carryout. I love the pizza tracker. They even have it up on the screen inside the... store. Everyone wears masks. Prep area was organized and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. Domino's is always reliable for aquick, inexpensive meal. Easily one of the best options in Lakeside. Read more
My order just got delivered. I never knew because no one knocked. It's raining outside. The driver left it in front of the... screen door so I couldn't open it without knocking the soaked pizzas over onto the ground. I only found it because I went toget something out of my truck. 65 dollars soaked into my porch. I'm not using this store again. Wouldn't let me pick zerostars. Read more
