I've come here a handful of times in the last year, and while the food has always been good, the service needs work. The... waitresses are usually friendly at most times, but some of them seem to lack taking care of guests. Was here for lunchyesterday with my girlfriend and our waitress seemed to go MIA quite often. After our appetizers, she never came back to ask ifwe were ready to put in entrees, so I had to wave her down. She never asked if we wanted/needed refills, and when we finishedour food and were ready for the check, it's like she vanished because she was nowhere in sight. We waited nearly 45 minutesafter eating before a different waitress came and got our check because she realized we'd been sitting there a while. Duringthat 45 minute time frame, people who came in after us had gotten their check and left. There's no need for that. I couldunderstand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't. It was practically empty and there were only about 4 tables--includingours in the entire store that were occupied. We ordered two entrees to go, baked ziti with a side of shrimp and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken added. We were charged 5.50... for the side of shrimp, the online menu prices need to be updated if that's correct. Also the ziti didn't have a lot of flavor,just tomato sauce and cheese. One more negative point was no garlic knots. I thought we were supposed to get two with eachentree. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was awesome, great flavor and the chicken was very fresh. I'll go back for thefettuccine. We ordered a meat lovers pizza to go. It wasn't the quality I expected from a restaurant. It was like pizza toppedwith lunch meat and the sausage tasted old. Read more
The dinner was pretty good. I had Spaghetti alla Franco (pictured). It was a very large portion and I couldn't eat it all. They... have a smaller portion, which is what I should have ordered. I also got a house salad with Italian dressing. I think they makethe dressing in house and it was very good. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese. It came with some marinara for dipping. Itwas good, but could have had more garlic. Also, it was made on a sub bun with the "toppings" on the inside. It would have beenbetter open-faced with the cheese golden brown. We also ordered two orders of tiramisu, but they only had one. I had a bite ofit and it reminded me of Olive Garden's tiramisu. It was virtual identical. Not that that's a bad thing. They were somewhat busyand also short staffed, so there were a few gaffs, but nothing serious. Read more
This restaurant is clean, booth backs are high and wait staff is friendly. Beware of ????pizzas. Ours was burned ???? on the... bottom and not served hot. My guess is that it was 1/2 cooked and set aside to be ready to add toppings and back in oven forwarm up. We had Italian sausage and pepperoni and they were just warmed through, yet the bottom of pizza was burned! REALLY!!!. I ordered coffee ? as I can't drink cold liquids ?. It wasn't fresh. Luke warm and strong as a lumberjack. Iasked for a second cup and had to wait 10 minutes or more. Was told a new pot was brewing! Again it was luke warm and again,it was strong as a lumberjack. REALLY!!! They serve much more than pizza and other things are very good ????. Salads, subs,entrées, etc. Just beware of pizza at the lunch hour. Read more
The lasagna was very greasy. The bread tasted ok but one of them was burnt . The calamari was very chewy but the sauce was good... . I actually got sick the next day my stomach is upset and I dont usually get sick from restaurants. I wished it was better butI'll be honest it wasnt at all. Read more
We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. We were seated promptly and had our drinks within just a few minutes. The... waitress was very friendly. She told us about the specials of the day and after asking her what she would recommend for lunch,we took her suggestion and ordered the Philly cheese steak subs w/French fries. Our meals were prepared and delivered to ourtable, hot and fresh. They were delicious! Nice portions. The meat to bread ratio was perfect! The sub rolls were soft on theinside and the outside was nice and crispy (not hard). If we hadn't been so full, we definitely would've tried the pumpkincheesecake!
