I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and their new pizza and was given the new pizza and a classic pepperoni without even being told... so after calling multiple times only to not have anyone answer had to drive all the way back only to be told they "ran out". Whydidn't anyone tell me before during or after I placed my order if that was the case? So instead they offered me crazy breadwhich no where near equals the price of what I paid so I asked for wings instead or at least a thin crust pizza to equal out thecost. Was told no with an attitude. Customer service sucks so does the actual pizza. Read more
It's a sad day when management can't be bothered to turn off their OPEN sign when they're closed due to "no staff". It must be... such a burden for them to switch it off for potential customers after typing out their day-of close sign. So much forconsideration of others! It must entertain them to see people get out of their cars, pause at the door to read the first handwritten sign about changed hours (which ought to be the typed one), try the door to find it locked, and then to search throughthe multitude of signage to find the typed one for the days' close, then glance up to see the OPEN sign definitely stillbrightly lit and wonder, "What the..." Yeah, hilarious. I'll be taking my time and money elsewhere. I highly advise you do thesame, unless you like to be played the fool. Read more
We go to little caesar?s every Friday. Last time we went to this location our pizza was undercooked. Today there was hair in it.... Bad Customer Service. As a new location, great customer service should be the first priority. Walked in and asked for a pizza... and a young girl said they didn?t have it but acted like they didn?t want to make it. So I get a different one, secondly I askedfor wings, and she again said they didn?t have any. When I said I would wait and she went onto the back and her face said itall. She didn?t want to make it I?m guessing it took time. That?s not what bother me if you run out of something it?s okay butdon?t take out your frustrations out on the customers. This location allows you to suggest the pizza you want, but will ultimately decide on the pizza you will receive. Attempted to... call the store several times, but they just hung up the phone. Attempted to call the corporate number, but after 35 minutes onhold, they were still helping other customers with other pizza emergencies. Read more
