*Updated: I added a star because the restaurant did take the time to reach out with an apology and refund our order. That is... very much appreciated. Hopefully, others will have a better experience going forward. Only giving 2 stars because the pizza isusually decent. We have tried this place a few times, but the experience never gets any better. We ordered one pizza and aspinach dip tonight. It was $50 with tip. My husband had to wait 20 extra minutes because they only made the pizza and not thedip. As he went up to just ask for a refund, so we could take our now cold pizza and crying baby home, they came out with thedip. The spinach dip had 6 small soft pieces of bread to go with it. Our previous trips involved a credit card mix up withanother guest, a $10 salad to go that was just lettuce because they forgot to grab the toppings from the counter (luckily Ichecked before I left), and waiting an extra 10 minutes for a single pie. My family enjoyed everything about our experience at the Mellow Mushroom in Short Pump! We did not encounter a wait to be... seated. Probably due to good timing. The service was excellent.
