I went to this location twice in the past week, both times before 8:00pm (with the posted closing time of 8:30pm). The first... time, the store looked open and I could see two employees, but the door was locked. I went to the drive-thru and was advisedthat they were cleaning the espresso machines, so they could not process my latte order. The second time, I went straight to thedrive-thru and got the same story. If you're closing early for whatever reason, do so. If you're open, offer the espresso drinksfor which you are most known! Arrived to use the lobby at 730 with store hours posted at 830. Doors were locked and only drive-thru open. 3 staff members in... the store. I was advised the lobby was closed due to short staff. I've been to other stores with more customers and 2-3 staffwith lobby open till close. Disappointed. Read more

The whole team at this Starbucks enhances and amplifies everyones day! Kenny, the manager, goes to great lengths to provide... excellent service to every patron and guest and goes out of his way to learn every regulars name. I normally hate starbucks,but have never had a negative experience here? in fact, every experience has left me smiling from ear to ear and ready to enjoythe rest of my day! Read more
