Intro: You can see that most positive reviews speak nothing about specialty drinks or orders that require some larger amount of... employee handling (like cooking a breakfast sandwich or hashbrowns). Those that do, tend to be negative. How sweet the employeesare is negligible when my order isn't coming out correct. The bagels and donuts are fresh? Oh good, they swapped their day oldproduct out. The taste of their coffee? Good job corporate Dunkin? this specific location sure didn't play a role in coffeechoice or quality, they just brewed it. Unless of course they burned it or serve old, but that's neither here nor there. Let'sget down to it... Review: Absolutely terrible quality control. I have made several complaints about their macchiattos being waytoo milky. The manager is always nice enough, and yet nothing ever changes. I learn ways to cope, like ordering extra ice,specifically asking for it to be less milky. That works occasionally and yet more often than not, it comes out with same amountof milk as it would if i said nothing. Do you not measure ice? If you put ice in and measure milk to a line, then the amount ofice is pertinent. 6 ice cubes missing = 6 extra tbs of milk. Maybe these drinks turn out wrong for a different reason alltogether and im off base, idk. I've spent 3 years trying to figure out the cause for inconsistency and this is the closest I'vegotten to figuring it out. Regardless, the employees dont know or seem to care what their drinks taste like. Constant turnoverof managers and employees means nobody ever learns their job properly. Want an espresso drink and not over sweetened milk? Don'tgo here. To DD management: All you have to do is look at a picture of a macchiato on your own advertisements to see that you'vemade it horribly wrong. The coffee was gross and tasted watered down. We ordered a 25 count of assorted munchkins that we first got the wrong amount ,... and then opened them to find they were all the same. Nice enough staff but will definitely be avoiding this Dunkin Read more
