Order # 5BE3B5FE-9B - 3/6/2021 at 11:30 am Ordered subway for my team. 3 subs, two of which were to be the exact same, and a... third with different choices. Not that detailed or hard to achieve, paid extra for extra proteins. what we got were 3 of theexact same sub that did not match any of the subs we ordered. I realize mistakes happen, but it seems they happen far moreoften at this location than others. You are better off going to DiBella's just up the road, or Ameils for a much better subexperience with much better service and care put into your food prep. Read more
This location always gives me diarrhea. Doesnt matter which sandwich I get. Every single time. Luckily there are two other... locations nearby without this issue. Not sure what's causing it, but stay away from this one. Read more
This subway is located in the Henrietta Walmart. I've never really had any issues but the employees there don't seem too happy... -- understandably so, but I can see how that would make some customers uncomfortable. Also, I found what appears to be grass onmy sub. Not sure how that would get there, but it's a bit off-putting. Probably won't return. Read more
The best subway everything is fresh and clean and the staff/owners are very nice!
Worker may have been high, but had the single greatest sub ever. Amazing attention to detail (evenly spaced all ingredients so... the taste was consistant throughout the entire sub). Even seemingly under the influence, he was the best subway worker I've everseen. Read more
Too bad there's no 0 stars awful service! They stop serving regular menu items after I suppose dinner rush... we went in at 8... and they told us no to meatballs and soup because they didn't serve them "it's 8 at night" was her response... sorry we had apicture appointment at 6 that took 2 hours and my kids needed dinner well we wait an hour for the pictures to print! Mind youthey don't close subway until 10 smh!!! Read more
