love KFC ordered online and picked up. Fast and easy
Did not give me a complete order. Bought the 3 pc chicken box, but did not get two sides, only one.. they left out my coleslaw.... Returned next day, was first told that I would not get a new box dinner since I didn?t bring back previous order with receipt.Then talked to manager, said they did not have my name down, and that the one I talked to wouldn?t be in till 2 pm on 08/04/22.WILL NEVER GO BACK!! The tenders are so tiny, tiny tenders! I'm very disappointed. But now I know.
My mom brought home chicken from here tonight. I asked her what she bought, original or crispy? She said they told her they were... out of original so they gave her crispy. The chicken was breaded original and deep fried like crispy. Not good. Not a good comboat all. I understand mess ups. I hate to say this, it was awful. Today we ran thru here on our way out of town and forgot our card when leaving. Called and had to drive back 25 miles away. When... we called super friendly team. The staff were amazing. We came in just before closing but they had fresh chicken for us. On our way out we bought some chicken... for later, thinking to clear out what they had up so they didn't have to toss it (they had already locked the doors), and theyoffered to make a fresh batch of crispy for us since we had wanted more than they had up (we thanked them but said no). Chicken wings were raw. Fry containers half full. Chicken was dry. Ordered mashed potatoes with no gravy but they put gravy on... them anyways. One employee doing all the work while the others sit outside smoking or in the office. Read more
