Store was kind of open and kind of not around 9 pm on a Wednesday. The lights were off everywhere but the main lobby and there... were employees taking smoke breaks and talking to each other. Google Maps and Taco Bell corporate state the store should stillbe open, and yet it looks like it?s closed, with no sign saying they are closing early. I was able to go in to use the bathroomand then waited around for someone to take my order. Employees seemed to ignore my presence. Read more
We went in this evening at 8:00pm, no one else was in the drive thru, we ordered 2 5$ boxes, a number 7 & 2 soft tacos. The beef... in all of the tacos was ice cold. I called as soon as I opened the boxes. I asked for a manager so I could see if we could comeget some different food. I was informed that both managers were busy and it would be awhile but I could hold. I was on hold for10 minutes! Finally I hung up! Service was excellent as always. Food was hot and fresh, and you never have to wait very long to get your food.
