Had to wait almost 30 minutes for a chicken strip and a bbq chicken meal... That was it. Somehow, they managed to deliver the... food, all cold, and missing our toast. The tater tots weren't even in a container, they were thrown in the bottom of the bagcarelessly. I get that they're busy but my food shouldn't have to suffer because of it. Read more

I visited your sonic location on 07/13/2022 around 8:30pm. I came through the drive thru. I placed an order for a Jr. Double... cheese burger, large tots and a large coke. My total was $7 and some change and $1 I left for a tip. The order was incorrect, Ireceived a regular Jr. Cheese burger that was so cold the cheese would not eve melt. Thank goodness my tots were out and thecoke was okay. If you are going to offer late hours of operation you need to serve hot food, not food that has been sittingthere for several hours. They overcharged us for half price shakes. When we told the manager about it, she said with an attitude ?Are you gonna pay or... what?? And the shakes were all melted as well when we finally received them. We usually have bad experiences here and this wasthe last straw. Never coming back here again. Read more
Absolutely terrible. It's like they make a game of seeing how badly they can mess up your order after repeating it back to you... and printing it correctly on the receipt. I've gotten used to not pulling away until I've checked my order so I can have themfix it right away, but today was special. I ended up having to repeat my order five times. Once because they entered the wrongstall, once because they hit the wrong button and had to start completely over and then I had to repeat every single item-twice. Twenty minutes later, I pushed the button to check on my order since i watched other people who came and went in the meantimeand they said they sent my order to a different stall, so i had to repeat my order a fifth time. In the end, we got a singlehamburger and a double cheeseburger, both with everything on them instead of the stupendously simple mustard and onions only onone and ketchup and mayo only on the other. This location needs to die just like the one we had a few miles up the road. Read more
The food was horrible. The tots were cold and as far as the toast it tasted like burnt bread. The meat was cold. I threw it in... the trash. This location needs to do better. On a positive note, the drink was okay. Read more
The food is good and I like how I can flavor my drink to what I want and most of the time they don't mess up my orders but today... I ordered on the app and ordered French toast sticks and paid for them but I didn't receive them and I was already on the roadto take my little sister to school so I had to hear about it all the way there.
