Stop giving out old pizza, this is the 2nd time that I've ordered pizza and it was cold and definitely over cooked like it was... sitting in a hotbox for over 30 minutes. Although the food was hot and tasty, it was not exactly the way I ordered it! I spoke to management and he said he was going to... correct it, but that didn't happen. When I got the pizzas home the one that was supposed to have been corrected - wasn't!!That's the reason for the mediocre score!!! Read more
Good hot pizza. Ready on time. Pick up lane is fast. Employees are polite and helpful.
So I ordered three pizzas, some wings, pasta, and Cinnabon. So I get to the store and it says proceed to the pick-up window. I... sat at the pick-up window for 10 minutes and no one came to the window even after I blew my horn. So I had to call to getsomeone to come to the window and that took another five minutes for them to come to the window. Then I get home to pizza thatlooks like this. Dry pizza. Like super dry. The chicken pizza don't even look like a chicken pizza. The wings were so disgustingthe dog didn't even want it. By far my worst pizza hut experience ever. And I'm new to the fort gordon area.
