Horrible slow cafe service morning of Oct 03. Around 8 workers huddled in the drive thru service area, but only two serving the... long line inside! No one greets people in, nor make customers feel welcomed. Guess they don?t wanna be there serving us. Theycould even be throwing your order on your face if given the chance! I say if you really need to come here (please don?t), justgo on drive thru so you deal less with this awful service. Read more
I'd give this location zero stars if I could , simply because of the way my husband was treated by the cashier earlier this week... (Tue, 8/16/22 about 10:30a). She accused him of cutting in front of the line, when he had actually entered the store beforeeveryone who was in line. I have seen many Tim Hortons that are badly run and few that are run so efficiently and with staff that seem to care. This was... unusually fast and very good service. The lady I dealt with seemed to actually want to be there. This is a rare site, and wasreally wonderful to see! Read more
There were about 10 cars in the drive through with the walk in line up out the door. We decided to wait in the drive through. It... took 29 minutes from start to finish. The order taker apologized for the wait but come on! Many cars left the drive through andothers turned around when they saw the in person line. Food was cold, grilled cheese was not melted.
