Horrible slow cafe service morning of Oct 03. Around 8 workers huddled in the drive thru service area, but only two serving the... long line inside! No one greets people in, nor make customers feel welcomed. Guess they don?t wanna be there serving us. Theycould even be throwing your order on your face if given the chance! I say if you really need to come here (please don?t), justgo on drive thru so you deal less with this awful service. Read more
I'd give this location zero stars if I could , simply because of the way my husband was treated by the cashier earlier this week... (Tue, 8/16/22 about 10:30a). She accused him of cutting in front of the line, when he had actually entered the store beforeeveryone who was in line. Her rudeness was unforgivable and as a result, we won't be frequenting ANY TH in the future. Read more
I have seen many Tim Hortons that are badly run and few that are run so efficiently and with staff that seem to care. This was... unusually fast and very good service. The lady I dealt with seemed to actually want to be there. This is a rare site, and wasreally wonderful to see! Read more
There were about 10 cars in the drive through with the walk in line up out the door. We decided to wait in the drive through. It... took 29 minutes from start to finish. The order taker apologized for the wait but come on! Many cars left the drive through andothers turned around when they saw the in person line. Food was cold, grilled cheese was not melted. Low quality Tim, we order a bowls and they gave us wraps and when we asked to change they argue and refuse to change.
Amazing Customer service and never had an issue with orders during my 2 months stay. Cleaning is up to standards and always warm... welcoming staff. Excellent location to grab a warm drink before you head for your journey in any direction to bluffs, lakes,canoeing, hiking, trails, cliffs, islands, falls or a car pull stop. They also do exceptional parking stay over for RVs for alimited time. Read more
Customer service is kind of ok. When I went there, one of manager or supervisor was shouting on associate which shows thier work... culture. Instead of serving customers, they give more importance to chit chat and that's the reason for long que of customers ininside as well as drive through. Secondly, cleanliness and hygiene is not so good and I saw couple of employees hadn't wore maskwhich is really disappointing during this pandemic situation. Otherwise, they have good space for seating arrangement and goodplace for quick bite. They can make place more happening by putting some good paintings, some small plants. Read more
Hepworth Timmies. Sign on the door said it was closing at 6pm due to the storm. It was 4pm and they had the doors locked, only... drive through opened. Many of us stuck there for a road closure and they wouldn't open to use the bathroom. Last time I stophere. Read more
