Went through the drive thru ordered 4 tacos drove 2mins home and tacos were very cold. There was sauce all over the outside of... the tacos and on the outside of bag. Employee at the window only grunts. If you call to speak to a manager there are none onduty. The "shift leader" said, "I'm not doing f'n ish for you, you can call corporate." Read more
Pulled in and saw a couple employees outside taking a break. Walked up to the counter and waited a while but nobody was paying... attention to the counter. One of the employees came back in from outside and walked past me. He made eye contact so I thoughtI'd finally get service. He didn't acknowledge me whatsoever and just went walking to the back. Asked the guys who appeared tobe waiting on food if they had even ordered and they said they said "yeah a real long time ago." Knew at that point it wasn't agood idea to wait so I left. Read more
I would have rated this zero stars if I could. This jack is by far the slowest, most unorganized location I have ever been to.... It took 25 minutes to get 2 tacos and 2 breakfast Jack's and they weren't even fresh. They had no clue what they were doing withtheir drive thru orders. I watched 3 people check the same bag 3 different times each. They completely ignored anyone insidewaiting for food and instead focused on the drive thru. Don't waste your time and money here. Nice employees and patient. Good food and better than McDonald's. It cheaper and more. The Oreo Mcflurry I not worth it. When... you can get Here in a large cup and cheap. Read more
Over 5 minutes to order in the Drive Through (I was next up that long) and over 15 minutes waiting for my order! Not sure why... the manager wasn't helping or why 2 men were standing in the way not helping!! They certainly felt the need to repeatedly lookin a bag, repeatedly breathing on someone's food. Had high hope for this location! The lady was super nice but she had no clue what was going on. My all meat burrito was poorly... made the wrap wasn?t heated up it was all broken and stuff no bacon on it. Sons platter was fine tho. $17 wasn?t worth it. Icould and should of just made a fire breakfast on my blackstone to put them to shame! Read more
Let's see my experience...hummm...it sucked to be quite frank...your staff is uneducated in the menu and what you have to offer.... When asked about the egg rolls I was told "uh I don't know I can't eat fast food". Was not interested in the diet habits ofyour staff however I did try to redirect her attention back toward us, the customers, but apparently not hard enough bc shedidn't bother to put napkins, sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce in the bag. If we do decide to return we know to check the bagbefore we leave for our 2 hour drive back home. Read more
