This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The ?manager? marquese was extremely... unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to berude. Once I asked for a manger he spitefully claimed to be the manager and was rude when I asked for the store managerinformation. He and his coworkers were laughing and making jokes about the situation the whole time. I?m sure the owner of thatlocation would hate to know that someone like that is who they have in charge. drive thru breakfast was priced exceptionally well compared to local competitors . Burger King is the new best value for... breakfast @ non nutritional, fill the void, fast food establishments of the 2022 year thus far. Other chains have goodrewards and deals but if your there because your trying to move quickly not get out your phone, open the app, wait for theupdate or any other loading delays and then order your meal while the cars behind you are honking impatiently as you wait forthe app.to finish finally loading to start your order then your payment method was deleted when the app updated so now you haveto get your card out while another person honks behind you so you just pay so you can do what you came to do which is movequickly. I ordered mozzarella cheese at the drive thru today 10/9/19 @ 10pm, i was given a hard, burnt mozzarella cheese. Very bad one.
Ordered an impossible burger around 4:40pm on June 11th. I got a completely burnt patty, I took one bite before spitting it out ... since it was so hard and looking inside to see this crusty, fully burnt whatever this is. Just got a cold whopper. This is 2nd visit within a couple weeks and I took another gamble, patty cold on both visits. Hello... health department... As I got my food couldn't help but notice a guy inside at customer side of counter reach over handling cashregister to take his own order. Some shady characters here.
