i went on my lunch break (30 mins) just to order a side of fries. ONLY FRIES. i was told it was going to take 2-5 mins. i end up... waiting 20 whole minutes before i decided to leave just for some FRIES. even the people who ordered after me got their food andleft. i wasted basically my entire lunch for SOME FRIES!!!!!! do not eat here. poor organization and time management. I love their seasoning and bbq sauce and was completely caught off guard when I saw they had a Deli restaurant too. Had the tri... tip sandwich and was delicious. Will definitely swing by 1 of their locations again soon to try more of their menu. Read more
Never Again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. I called ahead for 3 sandwiches and was told 45 minute wait. Fine. NOT FINE. After... driving there and going in on time, the guy at the counter looked and said 6 people ahead of me and had no clue when it would beready. So I went back to my car to wait. After about 3 songs, I went back in. 1. The order was wrong, 2. The order was cold, Iwas upcharged as a result of the error. There's no point in calling and I'm too angry to speak with a manager. Man I so want a refund. This place used to be excellent but now is awful. You can clearly see they don't take pride in there... business. They offer jobs to these young high school and colleges young adults and they are clowning. I mean just don't give adame. If this continues I see this once good establishment fizzing out. You don't think is possible well so did Toy & R Us abillion dollar industry closed down. I live in Oakland by time saw what was in my bag I done already left shop. I like so much BBQ... I like to learn and discover my self flavor and how every restaurant do all delicious plates...kinder bbq... is one on my local favorite bbq restaurant. The MEATS are tremendous here. Family favorite for years. Their sandwiches and protein bowls are so good. They cook them in a... smoker in the parking lot for goodness sake. It?s like your uncle with skills on the grill! No photos because we ate it all! Read more

This is one of the best places to eat in the bay area. Love all of there food. The ball tip sandwich is my favorite. You can... also buy there sauces and seasonings at the retail stores. Great place to eat at. Wish they would build one in the Las Vegasarea!! Read more
