Love their strawberry acai made just right with the right amount of lemonade
I am a loyal Starbucks customer, and I have made countless mobile orders; but I have never had a problem with them making the... wrong drink until I visited this location on Sunday September 25, 2022. When I went in to pick up my mobile order I found thatthey had made it iced when I had ordered it hot. I asked them to re-do it, and the employee who helped me with that got reallyangry; but what really concerned me was that she was not wearing mask -- all other employees that I could see were wearingmasks. Unfortunately, we have constant issues with this location. There is inconsistency in following the builds of drinks, so some... times there will be no syrup added, or the amount of cream needed for a tall...but in a grande or venti. Edit** We still havesome drink ordering issues, especially around the regular cold brews, but otherwise when we order ahead with the app and walk inwe get ok service. Read more
As a Starbucks supervisor, I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom at a Starbucks ever. No toilet paper, trash overflowing... and a toilet that had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. I let the person on register know, who I assume is the manager, and wasgiven no apology or action that will be taken. Read more
I'm paying for my drink and they serve it half full. It's not fair if I'm paying for it and the girl at the window took 15... minutes with someone who apparently was her acquaintance. they were talking and talking. It is not fair if you have moreclients to attend to. Read more
This Startbucks has two stars only because it's not packed throughout the day, which is a big plus. But this place if awfully... dirty. It's not well kept by the employees and they seem distracted by other things. Read more
