My friend and I come to this location 4 to 5 times a week around this time. Food is always fresh and delicious. Your 2 employees... are polite and friendly (Liberty & Marcus) and because of them 2 who has the passion and knows about customer services we arehere. The only down grade issue we encounter is when Marcus (who is fast and organized) is not here, cashier Tyson; makes yourstore looks very bad. He has no customer services skill at all, he is not friendly, he dont repeat orders back, he don't ask forreceipt and 75%of the time he gives the wrong order, and to make things worst, he argues with the cooks. Honestly this make thisCarls Jr looks like a Circus, he gets so lost and is busy. I understand is hard to keep employees now on, but you are alsosacrifying customer service, loosing money and giving product away due to his continous mistakes. Bring him to day shift showhim how things needs to be done. As long Tyson continous here making mistakes after mistakes, your revenues will continuedropping and more negative comments will be left here. Please also let Tyson know that if he drops something on the floor hejust don't pick it up and give it back to the customer, the floor has millions of bactirias and YES, this guy did that to myfriend. Late reviews, but whoever was on the grill Sunday morning around 1:30 a.m. did a phenomenal job! Burgers and fries were... flavorful, cooked to perfection, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They weren't taking drive-thru orders so we had toget down, but it was worth it! We always drive all the way to Hereford to buy burgers from Carls Jr., even though we live 30 minutes away. They have the best... burgers in town.However, their service sucks. There is a pregnant girl who is always rude and hateful. We went by there on5-5-22, the girl at the drive thru was a different one. She was tall and light skinned, (looked pregnant) don?t know if she is.She had a very bad attitude as well. Even worse than the other girl. She slammed the window in our face while we were saying,?thank you. Have a good day.? We got home and our burgers were all wrong, not even close to what we had ordered. What is sohard about ?no dressing.? Our burgers had 2 different dressings. Gross! Don?t think we will go back to this restaurant. No oneshould put up with bad attitudes. No steak for the breakfast burritos, chose the hot honey chicken instead. Got attitude about the seven minute wait. I didn't... care about the wait, but they made the order grumpy. Gave me the chicken, then told me that they had no hot and honey sauce.Would've been nice to know that before hand when I ordered 2 of the 5 piece.
