**We found a roach in our food!!!** My husband ordered us and our kids a 10 piece chicken strip basket they had it out really... fast. We go to eat it and the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken was old and hard. On top of that we found a cockroach inwith the food!!! I call up there I had to talk to the cook thinking I was talking to the manager who said that I was lying abouthow the food was! Then I talked to the manager and he seemed like he didn't even care. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Worst customer service. The speaker on the drive thru must not be working because either the CSR... was saying he couldn?t hear us or we were to loud. I asked for the blizzard of the Month stated on the menu, which was a CaramelFudge Cheesecake blizzard, he had to go ask what it was then proceeded to give me a Reese?s take 5 blizzard. Either they need tobe trained correctly or the signs need to be updated. Also, no name tag but the man who took our order was dressed horrible.Pants hanging off his rear and he was so rude and uncaring. Do better.
