**We found a roach in our food!!!** My husband ordered us and our kids a 10 piece chicken strip basket they had it out really... fast. We go to eat it and the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken was old and hard. On top of that we found a cockroach inwith the food!!! I call up there I had to talk to the cook thinking I was talking to the manager who said that I was lying abouthow the food was! Then I talked to the manager and he seemed like he didn't even care. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Worst customer service. The speaker on the drive thru must not be working because either the CSR... was saying he couldn?t hear us or we were to loud. I asked for the blizzard of the Month stated on the menu, which was a CaramelFudge Cheesecake blizzard, he had to go ask what it was then proceeded to give me a Reese?s take 5 blizzard. Either they need tobe trained correctly or the signs need to be updated. Also, no name tag but the man who took our order was dressed horrible.Pants hanging off his rear and he was so rude and uncaring. Do better. 7:20 pm at Hereford Texas Dairy Queen drive up. Ordered 2 Hunger Busters. Ready in less than 3 minutes. I started to drive off... and checked my order which was stone cold. I drove back around to the window and asked how long ago they were cooked and wastold about 7 minutes ago. I was the only customer. NEVER GOING BACK!! Read more
We arrived at about 7:30pm. The staff was all very rude with no customer service. We ordered two burger combos , steak finger... combo, kid?s cheeseburger and onion rings. The only thing that was fresh was the onion rings. The rest of the food was barelywarm, fries were super stale. The steak fingers were not hot or didn?t seem deep fried at all. Everything was dried out . Weasked for a burger to replace our steak fingers and you could tell that it wasn?t fresh off the grill. We asked for new friesand they were better. The gravy was thick and cold it wasn?t even warm. Only reason they?re getting 1 star is because i can?t give a negative star.
