Pizza Hut is not the same anymore. The pizza is awful!! The pizza bread had cracks from dryness, taste like the dough has been... there for centuries. I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage, they charged me for it and it was not on my pizza. I asked for arefund that the "manager" said she couldn't give me one. She wrote the "credit" on my receipt. (Ex employee at this location) I would give this store zero stars. I worked for this franchise for about 8 years, 7ish in... Canadian. The last 6 odd months of working at this location made me feel disappointed and disgusted at the franchise. I feel badfor the customers who have had to eat here. These highschoolers would drop the utensils/food and just pick them up and put thefood back in the boxes. Such a shame this town has to eat from an untrustworthy source. Read more
2nd time eating here and horribly disappointed again. Pizza under cooked and doughy and asked for light sauce and they must have... thought I said EXTRA. Definitely be my last time there. Godfathers pizzas is definitely the choice in Hereford TX. Read more

They don't serve tea anymore, and cheese and pepper for your pizza is sold separately. We had to ask for a fork. It was not the... good pizza hut we used to know. I don't know if they are all like this, but I can see it won't be long til they close down. Whata shame. At the pay out counter, they tell you that if you can't be patient, fill out an application. I would never order pizza from this place. I had ordered a large Pan Pizza with garlic on the crust and that is not what I got.... An inch of crush that was more hand tossed than pan. No garlic on the crust just super dry. I gave em 2 stars because the wingsI ordered were actually delicious. Read more
Very bad experience here.. breadsticks came back very cold, when we asked for new ones they brought back a burnt batch 30... minutes later. Had some questions about bill, the manager was very rude with uncalled for comments. And employees were parked inthe handicapped parking spots. Read more
