Today was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The girl at the window older woman tried to say my mother didn?t pay her for our services from... a pervious visit we had! When that day the same girl at the window handed us our food and told us have a good day didn?t eventell us the total! In my option she wasn?t properly trained if she?s losing money and blaming others for her mistakes andmultiple times not handing out orders correctly! My mother stayed there to pay her for the food, because it?s the right thing todo!!!! My mother DOES NOT NEED TO STEAL FRON HER!!! For us to go today 10/20/2022 around 1:00pm and the same girl at the windowto tell my mother we didn?t pay her the last time for our food! Is unexpectedly! She expressed to me it was ok she was stillpaying for it but that my mom didn?t pay her. I asked for her to call management in charge. she said it was ok she would pay forit. I told her no call your manager so she can pull up footage of that date and time when we were there so you can see my motherpaid you with cash and you gave her the wrong change to! At that you shorted her out by a dollar to be specific, and my motherdidn?t make a big deal about it! She refused! Previous times the same woman hasn?t handed me my drinks or doesn?t give me myorder completely! She needs to learn a routine of how to read her screens and handle money and orders to not blame others forher mistakes and try to charge someone for something they didn?t do! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I hope she gets retrained and learnssome manners at it to! She?s also lucky I do not mention her name on this review! I?m not a person to get complain or get upset,but do not accuse anyone of your mistakes specially when it comes down to stealing! That is very offensive unprofessional! Inever complained on her due to the facts she?s missed up my order more than once, but today she over did it! Don?t point fingersunless your 100% positive and can prove it! Worst service ever. I ordered and it it did not come. I called back and was told. ....You'll just have to wait. Really? So... I went to the drive thru where I waited for 15 minutes WITH NO SERVICE. When I was finally able to drive thru I just leftwithout ANYTHING. This is not the first time. The service has BEEN totally unacceptable for a while. I will not be goingback. Wow. Worst visit at a Sonic ever. Could not understand two different orders. Could not get back proper change. Could not... comprehend anything. I paid with a 20 and instead of getting a 10&5 back...they could not separate the order. So 16 1s after Ihand counted in front of them so I could get my 20 back. And then they could not charge the card for the separate order. If youdon't have to interact with money you might be alright. Read more
This location always has multiple stalls with broken card machines. They also routinely run out of Co2 for drinks. I understand... there is a shipping backlog but something you should always have. The Lubbock locations dont seem to have this issue. Read more

I pushed the red button around 1:13 pm. Get an answer about 1: 16 PM. I have my order placed and done by 1:18 PM. At 1:25 the... speaker screen says my order is being delivered by Rosa. Im waiting and I get my order at 1:28 PM. Im not sure 15 minute waitwas worth it to me to get a cherry limeade and a sweet tea, especially when the parking lot didn't look full. My opinion.
