First time in the Hereford Wendy?s! ???????????????? so dirty!! I asked if they could clean a table and she told me there was... other seats I could go too. A guy in the back was playing with the onions?dropped one and threw it back in container! EverywhereI looked it was so dirty!! The chicken sandwich tasted like it had just been sitting there. The employees looked like they justrolled out of bed and came to work, all on phones when we walked in?one throwing trash came back and didn?t even wash hands. Anemployee?s kid was there laying on the bench alone watching something on her phone while other customers and us were therehaving to walk around her. Didn?t eat comfortably. Won?t come back again. We went in at 10:15 in Herford Tx. ordered breakfast, I asked for coffee,but I was told it cost more to get coffee than a small... drink, we were the only ones in the lobby, the girl was rude. The cook that handed our food to us was great. We took it with usinstead of eating there. Read more
We were driving through Hereford on our way home from a football game. This is the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to! We ordered... the chicken classic combo, cheese burger combo, and 10pc chicken nugget. They told us to pull forward to wait on our food, andwhen they brought it out, the guy had balled up the bags and practically threw them through our window while walking away todeliver another order to another vehicle. When we opened the bags, and realized they neglected to put the ketchup that we askedfor. I walked up to the drive window to get some since all the doors were locked to the lobby. There was stuff spilled anddropped all over the kitchen floor, and no one was attempting to clean it. When we got on the road and started eating, wenoticed the only thing that was fresh was the chicken nuggets. Everything else tasted like it was cooked at lunchtime and hadbeen sitting. We went inside for frosty. Lobby was disgusting!! Employees looked rough. No hair nets or caps. We almost didn't get any food... here. But it was just a frosty.. .right? All they had was watered down strawberry! I expected more from a new location. All kidsthat work these fast food places in all Hereford. They have no Sense of pride in their work. Read more
Ordered a #11 combo and the person ask me classic,crispy or hot. So I chose crispy. Had to wait for the meal which I understand... at 8:30 at night you may have to cook it or heat it up. Get home to eat the meal and it was not even close. Two meat pattieswhich last I checked is not chicken. Fries were not hot at all. I own a business in the same town for 20 plus years and thiskind of service and NO attention to what the customer ordered is plain ridiculous. Will never support this place again. Oh andmy wife's chicken sandwich combo that cost the same price was a meager cold flat piece of chicken. Long story short Mr or MrsWendy's franchise owner my hard earned money means alot to me and apparently it means nothing to you. Ordered food at drive through and was asked to park the car and wait. Waited forever and finally walked in to check it out.... Staff was taking a break and no one was even in the kitchen. Had to leave with no food. Read more
