I cannot recommend this place enough!! Where I moved from was a very big culinary epicenter and finding something here that... compared I was worried would be hard but this place blew my mind!! Everything and I mean everything is homemade right down tothe butter that they give you for the bread basket as a matter of fact we asked if we could buy some to bring home it was soamazing but everything was amazing the butter the dinners the people the atmosphere it was all amazing!! Always wanted to try. The portions were outstanding and brought home leftovers. Very nice and clean inside with friendly... waitstaff. Only downside was that the prime rib was very rare when wife asked for medium. Might have gotten someone else's. Hopefully this was a one time mistake. I will try this restaurant again! Read more
Very good food and the waitstaff is excellent. They have a great buffalo chicken salad, but watch out, it is HOT, HOT, HOT. I... ordered it toned down, mild and it was still quite spicy. It had great flavor. Their porkchops are over the top good. Burgersare the best around. Also a great fish fry. You won't be disappointed in the food. Oh and the owner is a baker and makes herown desserts....yum. Read more

The food here was excellent, and they had quite a few different choices. Calamari was perfect, not chewy at all. Good beer... choices from Empire. Steak and seafood were cooked perfectly. Those fries though, yum. The service is not designed to besnappy, but they were very attentive and I didn't feel like we waited that long. Read more
Jamo's is by far the best restaurant in Herkimer. The food is hands down delicious. I highly recommend the poutine and their... burgers are made to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with the fireplace creating a great atmosphere in thediningroom. The wait staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We will be back! Read more
This a place was awesome!! Everything was homemade right down to the butter in the bread basket which by the way I bought some... to take home with me because it was so good!! The people were great I saw the same way just fall twice and instead of beingembarrassed instead of complaining she picked herself up and cleaned up broken dishes and food twice and kept it going smiledall the way!! The dishes were humongous the amount of food was ridiculous even on the kids meal there was enough in one kidsmeal for three kids!! Everything was made from scratch and everything tasted phenomenal!! We just moved to the area and myin-laws were with me I was very nervous that we would find a place that would meet everyone's standards but this will knocked itout of the ballpark it was amazing thank you guys for the best food we've had in a long time we will continue to recommend youto everyone we know!!
