I sat in the drive through for 50 minutes and they took 10 card orders before I went to the window no one took my order they... said to either go through the drive through again or come inside I go inside and had to wait another 35 minutes. they wouldn?ttake my breakfast order because they made me to late even though I was there 30 minutes before breakfast was done and theydidn?t care at all and when I got the food they made it wrong I would say that I?m never going back to that McDonald?s I wouldsay there service is 0 out of 5. I ate in the parking the food could have atleast came out warm. All the fries were disgusting, everyone cold and hard. Not one... of them was warm. I asked for BBQ sauce and got spicy Buffalo. I asked for no mustard or pickle on my burger and the receiptmatched. There was no pickle but it seemed to be made with extra mustard. Read more
Absolutely disgusting, the floors were filthy.They kept screwing up everyone's orders when I was there. A weird smell was... present while there. I couldn't even order because I was disgusted. The board of health needs to visit this place and make someserious changes.. I filed a complaint with Corporate who then emailed the Manager/Owner of the establishment. He reached out tome apologizing about my ordeal. Stated changes were forthcoming..Just visited the establishment again on 9/9/2022 and conditionsare the same. Ordered 30.00 worth of food. They forgot a sandwich and an order of fries. The food we did get was horrible. Fries were... obviously reheated countless times, to the point there was no potato left inside. There was so much salt on them. They keep getting my order wrong! I have yet to get a Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich that has everything it is supposed to... have on it and I've been there a few times now. It's always missing something. And half the time they forget our sauce or strawsor napkins or something. Otherwise, it's a decent place. Just be sure to check your bag to make sure everything is correctbefore you leave the drive thru. Read more
They are rude and do not Know their jobs.they don't switch from one outside order station to the other they just take whoever.... And they are always not getting my order right. Also takes a half HR for an order!! Really??? I won't go there anymore. And itmakes it super inconvenient for me. And the frapee machine is always broken. Read more
