There was one girl that was taking orders, cooking and serving. She had a great personality, very cheerful. We had breadsticks, ... boneless chicken wings and pizza. Everything tasted wonderful. I highly recommended Pizza Hut in Herkimer !!!! Read more

The pizza hut in Herkimer, NY has always been a good experience for me. Not so much this past Saturday. I ordered a medium... pizza, which I got in 10 minutes, but it was clearly NOT a freshly made pizza. Could not feel much of any heat through the boxwhen I went in to pick it up. They handed to me right away after the 10 minutes they said it would take to make it. Well when Iopened the box at home a few minutes later it was VERY obvious that it had been assembled from individual pieces of at least 2pizzas. Many of the pieces were separated from one another ( not characteristic of a fresh pizza) and one piece was very clearly smaller than the rest, not to mention it was very obviously not fresh when I ate it. Very disappointed as I was lookingforward to a nice fresh, hot pizza. Will be checking anything I get from there again, IF I go there again. Read more
