The pizza hut in Herkimer, NY has always been a good experience for me. Not so much this past Saturday. I ordered a medium... pizza, which I got in 10 minutes, but it was clearly NOT a freshly made pizza. Could not feel much of any heat through the boxwhen I went in to pick it up. They handed to me right away after the 10 minutes they said it would take to make it. Well when Iopened the box at home a few minutes later it was VERY obvious that it had been assembled from individual pieces of at least 2pizzas. Many of the pieces were separated from one another ( not characteristic of a fresh pizza) and one piece was very clearly smaller than the rest, not to mention it was very obviously not fresh when I ate it. Very disappointed as I was lookingforward to a nice fresh, hot pizza. Will be checking anything I get from there again, IF I go there again. Read more
This Pizza Hut is absolutely the best one I?ve gone to in years and years. It seems like they have fun making the best pizza... they can each time. Also the service is always great really they?re light hearted and it doesn?t seem like a prison when youwalk in :) Read more

Had to wait ten mins to sit down. Pizza was raw. Service was atrocious and no proper utensils. Pizza had no cheese, and barely... any sauces. I can?t believe that my little note regarding my Dad?s 73rd Birthday today would lead to the Herkimer NY Pizza Hut associates... write ?HAPPY 73rd BIRTHDAY DAD? and drew balloons. It made me cry on the way to bring it to him. If I had more cash on me Iwould have tipped the blonde woman $20. I told her my dad is the most incredible man this world has ever known.
