I get a tuna protein bowl at least three times a week if not more. Tonight when my husband asked for croutons he was told no.... The manager would get mad if he was to give them out. Really, you can?t have croutons for what is really just a salad. Are youreally that cheap that you can?t spare a bag or two for a paying customer. Read more

Herkimer Subway is located in Cliff's Sunoco Convenience Mart. Nice place to get a sub or salad made to order. The variety of... sub rolls or flat breads is great & you can even get a chopped salad there as well! Subway even has yummy cookies! Read more
Well I went to get subs for my husband and I last night and there were so many things the two of the employees were doing wrong.... First the girl working did not have her visor on and here way was in her face. She was touching her hair and didn't wash herhands before making my food. The guy who came out of the back to finish making my food did not wash his hands either. When I gothome I found a hair in my sub. I was charged wrong for my subs. When I called to talk to the manager in the morning she was sorude and acting like she didn't care one bit about it. I will go to Ilion from now on. Read more
