Went into the store and Lindsay waited on me at the register. She was amazing. I was surprised at how clean the store was it... used to be disgusting before they moved to the new location. I will definitely come back now. Read more

I would love nothing more then too give you 0 stars. 2 days in a row dealing with attitudes the hermann store. Tried to... order my replacement pizza tonight and got nope we aren't going to make it for you ,, even though I have it in my voice-mailto show them there manager approved it . It seems like everything is always out of stock. The fountains are always out whether it's soda, lids, straws...The hot food... cases are empty or close to it most of the time. There will be a line all the way to the back of the store and other employeesjust stand there instead of hopping on the other register to get people taken care of. I don't understand why it takes so longto get people checked out. I've worked in convenience stores before and if there was a line, someone would jump on the otherregister to get people out the door. My boss would have flipped if we just stood there with a huge line. Read more

Over the past several months we've tried more times than I can count to order and get food delivered (supposedly on Thursdays... thru Sundays) but only once have we been successful, and that wasn't anything to write home about. It's either "sorry, thedelivery guy didn't show up" or you get the good old "uhhhh, I don't know" response when asked if they thought someone mightactually show up to their job. This one star rating is a gift and if I could take it back I would. So, good luck to anyonewanting Casey's delivery on the days they claim they deliver. Moving into a bigger and supposedly better location was ajoke. The customer service remains the same. Poor. Try hiring people who actually want to work instead of the ones that wouldrather blow it off to go party somewhere. Read more

Worst Casey's I've been to in the last 20 years. Never any fresh food unless you pre-order it. Employees always says it's... because they are under staffed as people recently quit. This has been a reoccurring them for the past 2 years or so. Not surewhat the deal is here, poor management? Poor pay? I keep hoping it will get fixed, only to be disappointed yet again... Read more

If I could rate a zero I would. They make you prepay or pay at the pump. However, every time you pay at the pump, the pumps... never prints a receipt. Defeats the purpose of paying at the pump if you have to go inside to get your receipt. Wish theywould bring back Fuel Mart. They had competent help. I avoid Casey's if at all possible. Read more
