Quiznos is our favorite sandwich shop. We live an hour away and stop here every time we are in town. Due to Covid It has been a... couple of years since we've been here and the service was very poor that day. They were short staffed and the manager was makingit hell for the only two other employees working that day. The manger was preparing the sandwiches and she was taking shortcutsto speed through the growing lunch line. She skimped on the sauce on my sandwich. Half the sandwich I could barely taste thesauce and the second half was bland. She cannot handle the stress of the job and should probably seek employment elsewhere. Read more

We visited the Quiznos in Hermiston Oregon on September 10, 2022 at approximately 12:30. There were 3 employees working. ... Matthew immediately took our orders and was very friendly. Unfortunately, the other two employees acted as if they were toobusy to wait on customers. The female employee stood at the counter wiping the far counter while our sandwich cooled on theother counter. Additionally, the restaurant advertises a hickory sandwich they do not have.
