Quiznos is our favorite sandwich shop. We live an hour away and stop here every time we are in town. Due to Covid It has been a... couple of years since we've been here and the service was very poor that day. They were short staffed and the manager was makingit hell for the only two other employees working that day. The manger was preparing the sandwiches and she was taking shortcutsto speed through the growing lunch line. She skimped on the sauce on my sandwich. Half the sandwich I could barely taste thesauce and the second half was bland. She cannot handle the stress of the job and should probably seek employment elsewhere. Read more

We visited the Quiznos in Hermiston Oregon on September 10, 2022 at approximately 12:30. There were 3 employees working. ... Matthew immediately took our orders and was very friendly. Unfortunately, the other two employees acted as if they were toobusy to wait on customers. The female employee stood at the counter wiping the far counter while our sandwich cooled on theother counter. Additionally, the restaurant advertises a hickory sandwich they do not have. There were no tomatoes, and noice tea, available. Read more

We love Quiznos, so stop by often in Hermiston, OR. The young lady that waited on us this evening 7/17/22 @ 5:20 p.m. never... smiled once. Acted like she didn't want to be there. When I turned to find a table, I couldn't see a clean table. I asked ifwe could get someone to clean a table for us, she looked at us and went on about her business. We did find one table thatlooked like it hadn't been used. Covid is high again and couldn't get one person to wipe a table off. They were NOT busy! This is not acceptable! Read more

Love Quiznos over Subway and I will travel from Kennewick to Hermiston to get my fix if I have to. I find Quiznos subs to be... superior to the likes of Subway. Even though Subway now offers toasting of their subs they just aren't as delicious. Read more

Just had lunch here today. First off, older lady beats me to the line. Then she orders 3 foot long sandwiches. ??????????? And... it must have been a trainee making the sandwiches, because it took him awhile just to make one. Then here comes another employee(Sam) and she just started busting out sandwiches! She got to my order in no time. The lady in front of me started to pay andthen I realized I FORGOT my wallet at work! How embarrassing, when I started to explain this to Sam, she quickly responded, ?Donot worry about it, this sandwich is on me? I told her I?d be back to pay, she kindly replied ?don?t worry, it?s no big deal,sandwich is on me? Of course I came back to pay. Sam, you saved me embarrassment and time to enjoy my sandwich/lunch.
