Passing through the area, and was in dire need of some healthy, fresh food! (Protein bars and trail mix only get you so... far) Enter Veg Out popping up on Google maps! Seems like kind of a hidden gem in a smaller town, but sure glad I found it! Itwas worth the detour off the highway. Not crazily overpriced, and you actually get a good amount of food. I enjoyed a steaksalad, and was pleasantly satisfied after chowing down! I did takeout, but there were a few tables inside as well as seatsoutside. (I think one of the employees was chilling at a table in the restaurant on their phone, which maybe wasn't the bestlook, but the staff was friendly, and I didn't mind it).
