I placed an online order at 1:40 for a 2:00 pick up. I stood and kid you not, waited until 2:45 to get our food. I?m sure they... have surveillance so it would not be hard to prove this. I would have just left but I was picking up food for 3 other ppl and itwas also paid for already so I didn?t have much of a choice. Obviously I asked what the hold up was and got complete attitude.Won?t be back. Too many places to pick from these days to deal with customer service this bad. Read more
The young girl working the counter today was one of the slowest, blatantly rude employees I have ever encountered. I ordered a... kid?s quesadilla first as I know it takes the longest and the girl rolled her eyes right at me. I was speechless. I have neverhad someone roll their eyes at me without being provoked. I know the sign says that this store is understaffed but that was notthe case today. There were at least 5 people working that I saw. The cashier should do more than just stand there and wait to betold what to enter into the cash register when there is a line of people to the door. Read more
If I could eat Hot Heads everyday, I would. I LOVE all the sauces. Most of my burrito ends up being liquid but it's worth it.
Everything was great except that the woman couldn't hear me because of the glass. It's too thick and there are no opening to... communicate. Maybe it's too tall or something, not sure. But it's not the same at subway or chipotle. Otherwise I'd give it 5stars. Read more
Came here after doing order on app and i had to wait extra 15 min from the time I ordered. Which was an additional 30min. The... girl making the take out was moving super slow and doing all kinds of other things. I come here at least 2 times a week andthis has never happened. On top of that the cashier the giy with res hair and glasses who saw me waiting the 15 mins for my pickup puts order in the fridge where they store it knowing i was standing there waiting. He couldn?t even have the decency to saysorry for my wait. There were 4 workers. One lady was helping and she was getting off work. Everyone moved slow. When themanager guy is there that never happens. Long story short. Acknowledge your customers that we?re waiting and have good customerservice by saying sorry for the wait!!!! I told the boy this and he nonchalantly looked away. I will go to niles where at leastthey would compensate with a little extra something on my order. I do pick up to avoid the wait. Read more
I tried 2 different restaurants in 2 days and I have to say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a... long time. A co worker and myself decided to get lunch for work and chose Hot Head Burritos, that was a BIG mistake. I told himabout the other location I went to yesterday which is much like this place and he recommended we try Hot Head Burritos. I neverhad it before so I though, why not. I looked at the menu and photos of their food online and we both agreed on the same items(burrito and nachos). Because of the other place I went the day before I though it shouldn't be much different. Boy was Iwrong!!! When the driver delivered our food I couldn't believe how small the bag was. I pulled out our food couldn't believewhat I was seeing. I looked at him and the look on his face said it all. We paid $34 for two kids meals with no drinks. I don'tgo around writing bad reviews just because but this was warranted. I don't know if it was the location itself or the employeesbut I will NEVER ORDER THERE EVER AGAIN!! Read more
Their food is always so good and their ingredients fresh ???? The service hasn't been 10/10 every visit but it's definitely... worth going anyways cuz the food is delicious. Definitely recommend getting their chicken and also trying the mango habanerosauce. Read more
I visit this location often and the past couple times I have not been satisfied at all. Some of the options were not... replenished, specifically the vegetables. The employees were scraping the bottom of the pans and didn?t restock. The portionswere very skimpy considering how much bowls cost now. My mom also complained about her bowl being dry. I don?t if I went on abad day with the wrong employees working, but I am disappointed. My most recent visit was on 10/25/22. Read more
