As an employee here from 8/2022 to 11/2022. Absolutely toxic work place. The GM is wonderful, kind, honest, genuine and truly... down to earth. But outside of her, in three months I had one coworker who became a friend. One of the managers constantlychooses to target an employee every single shift she walks in to. She screams, demands that employee to do 3x the work than anyother employee on the floor, and when she loses it, she completely loses it. To the point I walked out with $15 in tips lastweek because so many guest heard her cussing me out. I never called out once in three months. I learned how to cook, takeorders, cash out and even open the store, as I've done six days a week for the past two months. I was constantly expected toput forth 5x the amount of work and effort as opposed to any other crew members, while watching them stand on their phonestexting, as I frantically scrambled to do what management was asking me to. All while internalizing, those coworkers on theirphones and I, are being paid the exact same. Would not EVER work for taco bell again. Absolutely horrible experience and thepay was awful. Wonderful GM, but the culture of employees at this store was unbearable. They constantly degraded me, refused toschedule me based on my availability, continuously ignored my work effort, like couldn't even verbally say thank you for medoing three people's job duties as opposed to the solo duties that should have been expected of me. If your lazy and want paidto show up, apply here. You don't even have to show up at every shift, you can literally walk out mid- shift and still keep yourjob. If you work hard and care about your contribution to the workplace and your community in general, apply anywhere else. Read more

The food is always excellent, but double check your order before you leave the parking lot. It gets busy during peak hours and... there are frequently mistakes in our orders (though they are happy to fix them if you ask) Read more

Beware the giant holes exiting the parking lot towards state street. Can someone not take responsibility for that and fix it... already?! Also , they are friendly and fast here, but check your bag for everything you ordered. Do forget items, do forgetnapkins and sauce, or gave me 30 mild when I wanted Diablo and mild Read more

I went to the Taco Bell in Hermitage, PA today, it was AWFUL! The food was cold, soggy, and looked as if it had been sitting for... hours. I get that it's fast food, but that's unacceptable! Almost $40 worth of food (which isn't much anymore) and that's what Igot. I threw mine away! Why risk the impending food poisoning. Read more
