This place was a complete fail. I will not be back here ever again. The service was terrible. After waiting at the drive thru menu waiting to place my order I decided to go to the window only to be met by a rude young lady... telling me I needed to go back around and order at the menu . This was even after I told her all I wanted was 1 milkshake .Needless to say I didn?t go back thru because I was more afraid of my attitude towards her if I was to face her again at thewindow. Not sure who manages this store but might be a good idea to look into whose running your store because I will drive allthe way to Smyrna next time before going back to this location due to the rudeness and lack of communication some of theseemployees have. This review is for the location's cake baker/decorator. I placed an online order for an ice cream cake with color modifications... for a luau themed birthday cake for my mom. I had bought my own topper/decorations for the cake. When I picked it up the cakeexceeded my expectations. It was beautiful. The whipped icing, ice cream, and cake were delicious.
