the past 3 times to this store has been horrible. the inside associate took a customers order before me, went to prepare food... then returned 15 minutes later before acknowledging me to take my order. no sense of urgency & had a passive care less attitudeas well. the drive thru & curbside experiences were long waits also. from management to store staff Bojangles corporate needs toreevaluate this stores workflow efficiency & customer attentiveness. alot of room for improvements here at the Hermitagelocation. Bojangles is good, but with this location it's hit or miss. Despite the hours they're supposed to be open, they might be open or... they may not be. Case in point, this is the second time I've placed an online order, and when I arrived at 6:00 p.m. to pick itup, they were closed. Don't know why, no reason given, but nobody there, lights are off. UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE ON THE WEEKENDS!!! the crew is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I won't be back. An hour to wait on food and they... are rude. They talk about their customers right in front and them and feel good about it when asked to stop. Don't waste yourtime. Hardee's has no wait and Popeyes will be open soon!!
