the past 3 times to this store has been horrible. the inside associate took a customers order before me, went to prepare food... then returned 15 minutes later before acknowledging me to take my order. no sense of urgency & had a passive care less attitudeas well. the drive thru & curbside experiences were long waits also. from management to store staff Bojangles corporate needs toreevaluate this stores workflow efficiency & customer attentiveness. alot of room for improvements here at the Hermitagelocation. Bojangles is good, but with this location it's hit or miss. Despite the hours they're supposed to be open, they might be open or... they may not be. Case in point, this is the second time I've placed an online order, and when I arrived at 6:00 p.m. to pick itup, they were closed. Don't know why, no reason given, but nobody there, lights are off. UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE ON THE WEEKENDS!!! the crew is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I won't be back. An hour to wait on food and they... are rude. They talk about their customers right in front and them and feel good about it when asked to stop. Don't waste yourtime. Hardee's has no wait and Popeyes will be open soon!! If I'm in a town with a Bojangles I try to stop. I stopped at this one on my way back home. I arrived at the drive thru and I... sign said closing at 5 due to staff shortage. As I looked at my clock it was 5:10, I was disappointed, butttt to my surprisesomeone came on and took my order. I ordered 3 wings. I drove around and paid , just to be informed that it was a 10mib wait. SoI waited because at least it would be fresh. About 15 mins later she comes out with my order. It looked like 2 half wings and 1small whole wing. They also included a biscuit, so I backed up to the window and ask for honey. Well I didn't need the honey,because the biscuit only had a faint hint of color and was crumbly to the touch, so I didn't eat it. It's so disappointing whenthe food is not what you pay for. I felt so sorry for the 2 boys working today. For one, I left before getting my order, and number 2, there were only 2 people... there this morning ????????. Anyways, keep up the good work guys? And shame on you Bojangles for not giving them help. Read more
Young lady at the windows was rude and the order was incorrect. She walked away from the window and did not return after we... checked our order and saw it was wrong. It was 3:39 on Sunday 7/24. I got the attention of another young lady that was wearingglasses and she corrected my order and was very polite. Read more
If you have a bad experience, it's probably because they have an average of two employees. Every time I have gone service has... been very nice and courteous even if it is a little slow. If you're in a hurry you just need to go somewhere else for now Read more
