My daughter ordered a double bacon king whopper plain with extra bacon and extra pickle. The burger was good she said however... the drive through is always slow even when their not busy you have to repeat your order several times. Also saw an employeeeating fries and nuggets out of the basket that they cook them in with no gloves and drinking a soda over the deep fryer. Read more
Terrible location. Rude, disrespectful staff. Frys were old. Jr bacon whopper was cold and they forgot my 4 piece cheddar bites.... Lobby was closed. Ended up just saying forget it and left cause line in drive through was so slow. It's like a bunch of kidsplaying. Read more
I ordered in the drive through where the order taker kept rushing to the next item just to have to tell her No. I'm not done I... don't want pickels nor ketchup on the burger. Then just to be rushed again on the next one. When I got the food. We did gethot fries but it was more like small fries divided into two large containers and both burger patties were barely warm and onewas missing cheese all together. It was 6:10 with very little business so I don't think they have an excuse just down right BADSERVICE AND BAD FOOD. Read more
7:30pm 10/9/2022 workers are rude and leaving part of the order off on purpose instead of communicating w/customer that they... were out of the item. Don?t charge a customer for something that you don?t have or plan on giving to the customer and then justpretend it didn?t happen when I there is a receipt. Ridiculous. Read more

Dropped in specifically for the Italian chicken sandwich, took advantage of the two for $6 deal. Not only is there supposed to... be sauce on both sides, there's not enough sauce between both sandwiches to cover just one of them. The whole point of thesandwich is the sauce. Came in about 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, store was slow so it?s hard to judge how do things go when busy. Anyway, I was... prompted fast, food order was correct so was my meal. Taste was as expected so I have no reason to complain about that atall. Outside of store is kept very nice with quite nice landscaping and fresh looking red mulch. Really liked donations box forclothing and shoes out on the parking lot. Would give 5 stars but after visiting restroom I changed my mind. Toilet was full ofurine and quite dirty. You I just encountered what I can confidently say was my absolute worst customer service experience this year. I had a rewards... code for two whopper or impossible meals for $11.99. The manager on duty was extremely temperamental from the start. I was madeto repeat my order multiple times due to her rushing the process before I was able to finish the order. She asked for the codeand was noticeably annoyed I needed to make customizations. Nothing out of the ordinary (add cheese, onion rings) and I wasforced to repeatedly get a new code and start over 3x. I pulled around and was told my total was over $20. I reminded thecashier of the discount and he called the manager to the window. She told me there is nothing she could do and it took $7 offthe meal. I attempted to show her the offer on the app and she refused again stating she was not going to attempt to find asolution. This endeavor took over ten minutes. If it was not for her demeanor this would have never been an issue on my end andthe $7 discount could have been accepted with ease. There were zero other customer vehicles in the entire parking lot. I justpulled away as my temperament with her was paper thin by this point and I would much rather remove myself from a situation thanlower my behavior. I was truly hoping for a quick and affordable dinner for my mother and I. Instead I left empty handed with anexplanation as to why this location is dead at 5pm when all the other restaurants in the area are packed. Burger King,specifically the manager at 5231 Old Hickory Dr Hermatige TN, be better. It is ok to be unhappy with your job, it is not ok totreat customers as the are less than.
