As 11/01/2022 - issue has been resolved. Looks like my bank either lagged after actual charge posted after staying in pending... for so long, and then credit appeared a few days later. I upped my review to 4 stars. On 10/24/22 I went through the drive thruto place my order. The guy that took my order, took a very long time to put it in - which I thought it was odd. When he told methe price, I knew it was too high. So when I got to the front, I asked to see my receipt. It had more food on it than I askedfor, and had it corrected. What they didn't do though, is credit back the amount to my payment method. I called the store sameday, spoke to someone who said they clearly see the mistake (even read the order back to me that I was charged for) that hadhappened, and would credit me back. She told me it could take up to 48 hrs. The amount stayed in pending for a few days, so Ifigured it would correct once actually posted. Nope - full charge is still there. Sadly, I can't call the store now because Ithrew the transaction information away. By looking at others who have commented on this forum, they do not correspond back, asother establishments do. We came in for dinner tonight. They were slammed in the drive and the dine-in but we had the most incredible experience!... Everything was clean, the food was hot and correct, to say they were fast is an understatement! Everyone was friendly andhelpful. Thank you so much, it's really hard to find this level of customer care anymore!!! One billion stars. Read more

I like how you're able to place your order online and they will bring it out to your car. All you have to do is type the number... that your car is parked in and that's it. Even though they're always busy, you will still get through the drive through line oryour online order will be out before you know it!! Read more
Susan is a wonderful ray of sunshine. Treated my son as a regular customer, giving him all respect. (10/03 2:20pm) Thank You... Susan! And Thank You to Dee for the small trest fir my son. Food was hot, FRESH and oh so good. Play area was closed,understandable but sad. Employees all diligently working and on top of everything; keeping things clean and organized. Insidewas Not crowded at all. There are plenty of curbside and regular parking. Drive-thru looks to run efficiently, that line did notlast long. All in all an Excellent location. What an unwelcoming place they've turned this into now. First almost all of the spots are reserved for GrubHub so I had to park... at the far end of the parking lot then try to get my grandkids across it. Then there's no playground anymore. I've lived hereover 20 years now and made many memories bringing my children here but there's no chance I'll bother bringing my grands hereagain. I really love the irony of them having quotes about "hospitality" on the walls now. Read more

Can't say much negative in regards to this place. It stays busy and yet they are able to provide excellent, quick, friendly,... service that definitely stands out above many other fast food places. They really seem to go above and beyond when it comes tocustomer service and time management. Beyond that I have never once felt like my food wasn't fresh n it's always hot. My food isalways made exactly to order and the wait is never too long. I really enjoy the vibe here and the food is always good too. Read more
