My husband and I went to our local Chili?s last night. On our way in the door had a sign on it apologizing about their... bartender. The hostess proceeded to tell us that they had no bartender for the night so they couldn?t serve alcohol. We aren?tbig drinkers so we waited the 5 minutes to be seated as the hostess asked the server if he could take us. Not only was there nobartender there was only ONE server on staff. A gentleman named Johnny was our waiter. Johnny had a great attitude, friendly,and was patient when I asked a bunch of questions. It got pretty busy too and he never missed a table, refilled our drinkswithout us asking. And best of all of course the food was great! I hope he gets recognized for how he stepped up for thatestablishment and served every customer the same. Read more
This Review is a Negative 3. The restaurant of Chili's here said they can't help any customers for more than 30 minutes because... the kitchen is backed up. There's 8 cars in the lot. Maybe at most 9 customers. The host said a review is fine with him. Here'spictures to back up what I'm saying. I planned on Spending near $200.00 with other people in my party. Ordered the cajun chicken pasta this weekend. When you think of cajun or creole food you expect a certain level of spice, but my... recent order although creamy and flavorful had very little, if any spice. 5 mos. ago: I had not visited Chili's in over a year,so I decided to order the triple dipper w/wings, the southwest egg rolls and the big mouth bites. To add, I recently ordered theOld Timer and mango-habenero wings. There was good char and smokey flavor from the grill on the beefy burger, but the fries werealready cold and starting to harden by the time I got home. The wings had great flavor and there was a good balance between theheat and sweet, but they could have been much crispier. I've eaten here several time and this is a very busy place. Today we ate at the bar, which was nice. We had a shared starter,... a bowl of chili and soup. The chili was very flavorsome. The food and drinks were great, the staff were attentive and verypolite. Despite being understaffed, we didn't have to wait to be seated. Read more
The bartender / server was friendly and attentive to all my needs. The food was served as ordered. It was tasty and... inexpensive. You cannot beat their three for $10 deals. It's the best meal deal in town. Ribeye steak dinner was great too. Read more
Walked in today and Chili's Hermitage Tennessee waited and waited and waited saw three people working, one lady came by and all... she said to us was you'll have to wait 15 or 20 minutes not hello not a smile. I realized things are tough right now but that'snot how you do business or serve your customers, I know how it should be done I've been there. Just a few short years ago itwas a great place for lunch today we noticed the parking lot was nowhere near full but my husband knows that I love Chili's butlet's give a great shout out to Lebanon!
