This is not a good Dunkin'. They employees are rude and cut you off and won't let you finish saying what you are trying to order... and their ice coffee tastes watered down. They give you something that you didn't order. My husband ordered a cookie butter icecoffee and instead he got a cookie butter cold brew. Very nasty. Even though this location is close to my house I will drivefurther to go to a different location from now on. Read more

Kudos to the team in today. A few weeks ago I went in and this place was a mess took 30 min to get a coffee and bagel bites,... the lady in charge was rude as hell to everyone and talking nasty about her workers, I vowed to never go back. I am glad I wentback in today. The crew in there this morning was amazing. The atmosphere very calm. I will go back as long as these wonderfulpeople are working. Read more

There's always something wrong. Some days their espresso machine is down, other days their system is down, while other days they... don't have enough staff to make food. When everything is normal it's great, but more often then not something Is wrong or notworking. Read more

Terrible service!! They are obviously RACIST as well!! Do not go here if you want someone getting mad just because you ask why... the order is taking so long. They have food to a few drive through people. And a lot of white customers that got there after weplaced an order. Way to go Dunkin? Donuts I?ll be contacting corporate about this! Read more

I came in the store to try the pumpkin spice coffee. When I got up to the counter and employee was coming out of the restroom... and another employee starts yelling the restrooms are closed to the top of her lungs. Then she realized that it was an employeeand finally decided to come take my order after I had been standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there. Iorder my coffee and the whole time this same employee is talking to everyone in the store instead of completing my order andtaking my money. Finally she takes my money. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her name was in the receipt and it is Jess. Iloved the coffee but I will be going to a different location until they get some different employees that are not rude. As amanager I can say that this place needs supervision. Read more

Today is the LAST time I will ever give this place my business. I will never go into nor drive thru this place again. I have... been here countless times & is the same every time. Again, they didn?t have ingredients for drinks. Again, they cannot hear youover the intercom. I repeated my order over & over. I had to speak louder & louder each time. Then, I get an attitude from theperson about yelling (in which I did not yell, but had to speak loud in order for them to hear). This is daily. . . they cannothear you, they get an attitude, extremely slow even if you are the only customer, the food is cold, they rarely have ingredientsfor drinks, they shut down ovens early, they rarely have what you ask for, aweful customer service, high employee turnover rate,owners must not care. Our drinks and ice cream were tasty and refreshing on a hot day, but customer service was not the best. They were slow as... molasses with no sense of urgency, and checked people out at the register out of order. We tried to order different drinks andwere met with "we're out of the ice cream needed for that." - and that was the end of the conversation. We figured out on ourown that we could use different ice cream in the place of what they didn't have. That is not good customer service.
