2022.11.25 Don't believe the internet negative hype about 5 Guys. This location consistently delivers perfectly cooked and... delicious burgers and fries. The condiments are no additional cost and more numerous than any other resturant. It's the bestburger hands down in Hermitage! 2202.08.21 No change to the seating mentioned below but thr burgers & fries are still totallyawesome. 2022.05.27 Five Guys has predictably great burgers and fries which are a quite generous portion. You can get yourburger your way every time since they have most every condiment and topping imaginable. I wasn't overly fond of the high chairsand tables which out number the regular seating. Exceeded expectations. We?ve been eating at Five Guys for 10 years when we want a step above Whataburger. Nothing special really... but this location made picture perfect burgers with the freshest ingredients! My visit to Five Guys is always a good one, but the last time I visited the staff went above and beyond. There were only "three... guys" working when I went in, but Remy, Corey, & Harris get Five Stars from me. It was 10 minutes until they closed and I justknew my appetite was going to ruin these employee's last few minutes of work. I try not to go in places getting ready to closebecause I know how great it feels when it's almost time to clock out. But my need for food beat my need to be curtious that verymoment. I wanted a bacon cheese burger and an Oreo shake. When they told me they were out of bacon I thought it was payback forcoming in as late as I did, but it wasn't. These 3 guys were 100% top notch the entire time I was there. Super polite team andmy cheeseburger was amazing even without the bacon. I also found out that the employees all have a special milk shake theycreated, that's not on the menu. I had Corey's Nutter Butter milkshake and it was amazing. They also told me the owner of thisstore goes above and beyond to take care of his employees, which is awesome. It means a lot to people to actually enjoy wherethey work. They have an incentivized "Employee of the Month" program in place as well. Needless to say, after this visit, Isupport Five Guys even more than before. The only suggestion I have to the owner is to put the Employee of the Month plaques upfront where they can be seen instead of on the wall by the bathrooms. My cheese burger was amazing. I had heard fries were good but to me nothing special. Order the same size, large is enormous,... medium would be perfect for 2 hungry people. I opted for a chocolate shake to take home for dessert but truly sonic has abetter chocolate shake for my taste buds. This shake was way to chocolate for me and has no texture. So I'd stop for a burger,but not much else. Read more
