Your store advertises Kool cigarettes buy 2 save $2 $5.69 a pack - they will not uphold their advertising!! They blame the audit... department for the sign being present !! It?s the gas station everyone goes to. Hard to find good help though I imagine. The bathroom needs to be locked or closed down... though. People go in there and don?t come back out for an extended period of time. The cashier today rang me up for a drink andstomach medicine. Then after she took the money she cancelled the transaction and gave me the change I was owed. So I guess myitems were never properly rang up. So where did the money go??? Read more
I always have a great experience at the Mapco in Hermitage, TN across from carwash. Kile is absolutely amazing!! Always goes... above and beyond for me and is extremely helpful!! Kile definitely deserves a raise. Every visit the store and bathrooms areclean! Always well stocked. And service is quick but very friendly!! I come here almost every day and will continue to go alittle out of my way to go here. Read more

MAPCO Mart 3900 Lebanon Rd, Hermitage, TN 37076 2/1/2020 I've always liked this particular MAPCO station because of their... competitive gas prices. Often lower than surrounding stations. Although the location is convenient for my needs, the servicehas sometimes be quite bad with one particularly middle aged women. The latest incident occurred this morning around 8:45. Ihad payed for a fill-up on gas, but over estimated and returned to pick-up my change. However, she had placed a sign on thedoor that indicated she was cleaning the bathroom and would return shortly. I waited about five minutes, but no show. While Iwaited, potential customers drove in, but left after a few minutes. When the time waiting reached ten minutes, I startedtapping on the glass door in hopes of catching her attention. Again, no response. By this time another customer came, but alsoneeded to wait so I tried tapping on the door once again. After a few minutes, still no response. Around the fourth time oftapping she finally came to the door with cleaning products in hand. Her response, "It doesn't matter how many times you tap onthe door, if I have to go to the bathroom, I have to go. I have to go whenever I can." That's understandable, but she was gonefor more than 12 minutes, probably closer to 15 minutes and never apologized for keeping us waiting. This is not my firstexperience with her taking her time in providing customer service. She's always cheerful, but never apologizes for making hercustomers wait. I remember a few years ago around Christmas time she had made a comment to me, when I returned for my change,about getting a tip. I assumed she was joking, because I have never seen her put out any effort towards her customers, otherthan idle chitchat, or any internal maintenance that warranted me leaving her a tip. Read more
SLOW MORNING CASHIERS! I hate having to stop at this store. No matter what, you?re going to have to wait a very long time. This... store is definitely not convenient. In any way, shape, or form. They need to understand that people are trying to get in and getout as quickly as possible. Avoid this store if possible, especially in the mornings. Read more
Worst gas station in the state. The place is run down, their pumps don't work half the time, and they hire the most inept and... apathetic employees on the planet. One guy who works overnights even got snarky and condescending with me because I did not seethe hand written sign taped to the front door.
