I ordered my drink in the drive-thru and it was wrong. I asked them to make it again, which they did and it was wrong again. I... didn't want to hold up the line so I went inside. I spoke to a very nice guy who was brand new and he went to get the manager.The manager, Ryan, came out from the back and asked me, "Okay, what's the problem?" I explained what happened and he said,"Okay. What's it supposed to be?" No apology, no smile, nothing, just walked away. They finally gave me my drink and it wasWRONG AGAIN! I told her it was wrong and I got the deer-in-the-headlights look and she said, "I'm sorry, he said" and Iinterrupted her and I said, "This is the third time this drink is being made and the third time it's wrong." I was so frustratedwith the incompetence that I just walked out. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT GETTING A SIMPLE ORDER CORRECT????? Money wasted. Read more

Great customer service! There was a long line but it moved quickly. My drink was made exactly how I liked except they didn't put... it in the larger cup - I like how it tastes when the ice melts in it, it's too sweet in the smaller cups. That is why I took astar off. Otherwise it was perfect! I highly suggest it! Read more

Been coming to this location for a min. Love the staffs. Everyone always friendly. Today I decided to try the ( red velvet loaf... ) which was delicious something different for me.
